It's a Wrap!  The year of Two Thousand and Ten. 

Hello all my good friends and family.  I hope your holidays were great days spent with family and friends.  Here is a little update on the Kelsey Family here in Arkansas.  Mostly a positive year, filled with life changing moments for the boys and their gals. 

I continue with my "Get Rich Slowly Scheme" and I am proud to say it is going very well.  Emphasis on the "Slowly" not on the "Rich".  Sue continues to work as a Home Health Care Nurse and despite the long hours, lots of driving she enjoys her work.  Justin and Brian continue to live in Fayetteville, Arkansas while Daniel has moved to Little Rock, Arkansas. 

Brian continues with his employment at the Game Exchange in Fayetteville, while his gal Heather graduated this year from Massage Therapy School, and is now employed as a massage therapist at a very nice facility in downtown Fayetteville.  And a special announcement is necessary as Brian and Heather are now engaged to be married!  We wish the best for Brian and Heather. 

Daniel graduated from the University of Arkansas (Wooooo Pig!) with his Degree in Financing, and applied for a job with the FDIC.  He was accepted, and has moved to Little Rock along with his wife Megan.  Megan also graduated from the University of Arkansas (Wooooo Pig!) with a degree in Fashion Merchandising.  She quickly found employment at one of the Country Clubs in Little Rock, working in the Pro-shop, where she will also be giving Zoomba Classes as well.  What is Zoomba, you may ask?  Well it is a dance exercise class that seems to highlight dance moves that a Father-in-law, should not witness.  Just not right. 

Justin is yet to graduate and is majoring in business.  It sounds like he has a job starting in January.  He will be serving that area in helping to place Foreign Exchange Students in homes.  Sarah continues to be his gal friend and also recently graduated from the University of Arkansas (Wooooo Pig!) with a history degree and is now employed with Wal Mart.  Not sure exactly what she does….  I just hope she has a better job than being a cart pusher or a door greeter.  I believe she did get a position in which she can apply her skills she learned with her degree.   

Grandma and Bill have moved back to their old home just 2 miles down the road from us.  The big city life in Mena was not all it was hoped to be for them.  Ma continues to crochet like crazy, and enjoys her Farmville and playing games on Pogo.  Bill busies himself with keeping the 5 acres finely manicured.  

Sue and I continue to ride our Mountain Bikes when the weather is appropriate, and I try to fly my hang glider as much as possible.  Was a pretty good year for flying.  I got a few good cross country flights in and ended up placing 5th place in our Ouachita Mountains Hang Gliding Series. 

This year we lost Clifford.  Clifford, one of our two Jack Russells, escaped from the back yard fence and went on a walk-about.  He was found on the side of the road, having been struck by a car.  Very sad….  Bobby is fine and spends much of her day sucking on Teddy Bears.  We now have a new critter in the house. 

I caught a Green Anole (A lizard) and have created a beautiful terrarium for him.  He is a pretty thing, and changes colors similar to a Chameleon.  He is sometimes green and sometimes brown.  He also has a beautiful fan on the bottom of his neck which he will spread out to display the red and pink colors.  Sketcher eats crickets, which I purchase at Petco.  I have learned how to take care of crickets so that Sketcher can enjoy a fat cricket every day.    Oh… almost forgot…..  we still have that cat,  old what's his name….  Not much to say about a cat.
