For the Seller
- Text for your real estate listing can be submitted by e-mail, or by typed page by U.S. Postal.
- Images may be submitted as JPG by attachment to E-mail or on diskette by U.S. Postal, or by Photo by U.S. Postal. If you E-mail JPG images set the resolution to 72 dpi to speed
the transfer. Printed Photos will be returned if provided with a stamped self addressed envelope.
- You can request changes to your listing. A small fee will be charge. Minimum Fee of $10.00 will be assessed to your listing.
- Mena FSBO does not collect any commission for the sale of property.
Advertising with Mena FSBO is not expensive! Go to the "Pricing" to see the advertising options. To add your property in the Mena FSBO Listings, go to the "Add a Listing" and follow the instructions. No credit card transactions are available at this time. You will be invoiced by U.S. Postal.
For the Buyer
- Mena FSBO is not responsible for the accuracy of descriptions of properties. It is the buyers responsibility to thoroughly check all aspects of the property before purchase.
- All inquiries about a property must be forwarded to the seller, by either e-mail, Fax, Phone or U.S. Postal.
- Mena FSBO does not collect any commission for the sale of property.
